While it might technically launch with components below the minimum specs (Intel Core i5-4590 / AMD FX 6300, NVIDIA GeForce GTX 970 / AMD Radeon RX 480, 8 GB RAM), performance will likely be poor and the experience unenjoyable. Aim for at least the minimum specifications for a playable experience.
