It depends. If your PC meets the *minimum* requirements (Intel Core i5-2300/AMD FX-6300, GTX 650/HD 5770, 8GB RAM), you *should* be able to play, but expect lower frame rates and graphical settings. If you fall below the minimum, performance may be unplayable.

At a minimum, you'll need an Nvidia GeForce GTX 650 or an AMD Radeon HD 5770. For a smoother experience, an Nvidia GeForce GTX 960 or AMD Radeon HD 7770 is recommended.

Rain World: The Watcher requires 8 GB of RAM. Ensure your system has at least this much to avoid performance issues.
