SCUM System Requirements

SCUM is a demanding game. To play at minimum settings (low graphics, potentially low resolution) you'll need at least an Intel Core i5-4430 or AMD FX-6300 CPU, an NVIDIA GeForce GTX 960 2GB or AMD Radeon R7 370 2GB GPU, and 8GB of RAM. Lower specs may result in unplayable framerates.

For minimum settings, aim for an NVIDIA GeForce GTX 960 2GB or AMD Radeon R7 370 2GB. For recommended settings (higher graphics, smoother gameplay), you'll want at least an NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1060 6GB or AMD Radeon RX 580 4GB.

SCUM requires a minimum of 8GB of RAM to run. However, 16GB of RAM is highly recommended for smoother gameplay and to avoid performance issues, especially on higher settings.

It's highly unlikely SCUM will run well, or at all, on integrated graphics. The game is graphically demanding and requires a dedicated graphics card to handle the rendering. You'll likely experience extremely low framerates and visual glitches.

The 'best' settings depend on your hardware. Start with the recommended settings and adjust from there. Lowering shadows, foliage density, and draw distance can significantly improve performance. Experiment to find a balance between visual quality and framerate.
