Squirreled Away System Requirements

Squirreled Away has relatively modest requirements. To run the game at minimum settings (low graphics, acceptable framerate), you'll need at least an Intel Core i3-2100 or AMD FX-6300 processor, a Nvidia GeForce GTX 650 2GB or AMD Radeon HD 7770 2GB graphics card, and 4GB of RAM. If your PC meets these specs, you should be able to play, but performance may vary.

For minimum settings, you'll need at least a Nvidia GeForce GTX 650 2GB or an AMD Radeon HD 7770 2GB. For recommended settings (higher graphics, smoother framerate), aim for a Nvidia GeForce GTX 960 4GB or an AMD Radeon R9 380 4GB.

Squirreled Away requires a minimum of 4GB of RAM to run. However, for a smoother experience and to avoid potential stuttering, we recommend 8GB of RAM.

While it's *possible* Squirreled Away might run on some integrated graphics solutions, performance will likely be very poor and is not officially supported. We highly recommend using a dedicated graphics card that meets the minimum requirements for a playable experience.

The 'best' settings depend on your hardware. If you meet the recommended specs, you can likely run the game on high or ultra settings. If you only meet the minimum specs, start with low or medium settings and adjust upwards until you find a balance between visual quality and smooth performance. Experiment with settings like shadow quality and texture resolution, as these often have the biggest impact.
